The thought of a boudoir session can be scary. When talking to women about their session, I get asked all kinds of questions. I wanted to compile a list of the 10 most frequently asked questions to give you some insight on preparing for a boudoir session with me!
Will my images be posted online?
Your privacy is important to us. We never share any images from sessions without permission. You'll have the option to sign a model release, but it's absolutely not required.
Do I have to wear lingerie?
We'll send out a wardrobe planning guide prior to your session that includes some great tips on things you can wear besides lingerie.

Do you offer payment plans?
We do offer payment plans for products! Your session retainer will be due in full prior to holding a date on our calendar. We offer in house payment plans, as well as third party financing for photo collections and albums. Email michelle@stunningboudoirdallas.com to learn more.
Is Hair and Make-Up included?
Professional hair and make-up is included with all sessions. This is an important part of the whole experience. If you have specific looks you'd like, you can bring photos to show the stylist.
Do you Photoshop my images?
When you come to your reveal appointment, all of the images you see will be professionally retouched. Blemishes, bruises, an anything temporary is always removed. Softening of lines and wrinkles is also done. Any specific requests for heavier or lighter retouching can be made on the questionnaire we send out prior to your session.
What types of products do you offer.
At your photo reveal, we will show you samples of our albums and metal prints. We have classic leather albums, as well as luxe albums that are imported from Europe and made from beautifully unique materials. All albums are heirloom quality and will last a lifetime! Metal prints are also a popular choice, as well as custom calendars.
Do you offer digitals?
We have album collections that include digitals, as well as digital only collections. We will go over options on your complimentary phone consultation!
How many outfits should I bring?
We recommend bringing at least 2 pieces from your own closet, even if you plan to borrow from the client closet. If you don't own lingerie, that's okay! Refer back to the blog post on wardrobe planning for some ideas on things to bring. Don't forget to bring nude and black thongs to wear under items from the client closet. All items are washed and sanitized between use, but we also require a thong or liner to be worn underneath.
Should I arrive to my shoot early?
Plan to arrive 10 minutes early so we can discuss your outfits and requests for hair and makeup.
